What do you really specialize in?

We’re often asked this question as our list of expertise seem rather broad for a studio scale this tiny. Clients are often left pondering if we do ALL the work on our own or would their projects be left with interns to complete.

Let’s skip through all the verbal explanations to show you a project we think showcases how our skillsets work together. This project was completed solely by the two of us from conceptualization, copywriting, photography to the final output. You’ll find more details below.

For this project, we were given approximately 1-month from the date of briefing to complete and launch the project just in time for Deepavali.

During the Deepavali festivities, GrabFood offered an exclusive murukku delivery service for its customers. The “MurukkuCariku” campaign was based on the idea of having a hard time locating a delicious murukku. GrabFood delivery is here to help your delicious murukku to cari you instead!

Big ideas. Tiny details.

Every project begins with a BIG campaign idea.

After nailing down the concept of MurukkuCariku, we dived into the key element in the campaign: the murukku. To kick off the packaging design process, we started off with a customized typographic masthead based on the brand typeface but with ornate details that could spice up the festive mood.

We believe in options in our design proposal. Experimentation and reiteration improves the design with every step.

Superspeed to the next.

It is highly discouraged to rush through projects with an extremely tight deadline. This reduces the time spent on thoughtful ideation. However, when push comes to shove, our tiny teams proves that our flexible skillset makes it easy to breeze through a project quickly. From typographic design, packaging design to building a physical mock up. We then quickly jumped onto product photography and digital imaging to put the products live onto the platform.

We believe the future of marketing would require a fast-paced time-to-market and flexibility to reiterate to overtake your competition.

OUT OF STOCK

Unconventionally done

You wouldn’t believe it but this image was shot on a very short notice with internal staffing and done in the middle of a walkway. The background was later on digitally montaged into the composition.

On a different project with a different client, we once used our photo editing techniques to salvage a client’s OOH advertisement space when their scheduled photography didn’t turn out as planned. We retouched a mobile photography of their product taken by an in-store staff in order to have an improved product showcase.
