LOYALTY APP ACQUISITION CAMPAIGN

The project objective was to utilise a familiar traditional print format to introduce a digital loyalty programme to middle aged and older audiences and acquire them as app users.

We wanted to emphasise on the brand’s caring personality by making rewards not just another promotional benefit. It’s a heartfelt LOVE letter to thank customers and let them know that they’re appreciated.
